1 AVCIOĞLU UMBRELLA Ethical Principles and Rules

2 Aim Avcıoğlu Şemsiye is an organization that aims to carry out Human Resources Management at the highest level and standards in Turkey. The purpose of Avcıoğlu Umbrella Ethical Principles and Rules is to clearly express what attitudes and behaviors the society in Turkey, as well as all managers and employees in our country's companies, should expect from Avcıoğlu Umbrella Members. All Avcıoğlu Umbrella members are obliged to comply with the principles and rules specified in this document. However, Avcıoğlu Umbrella is aware that it may not always be possible for all of our members to fully comply with these principles and rules. For this reason, Avcıoğlu Umbrella General Assembly decided to establish the Avcıoğlu Umbrella Ethics Board, where cases of violation of our Ethical Principles and Rules will be reported, and assigned this board to examine the violations. PERSONAL INTEGRITY AND CONSISTENCY Basic Principle As Avcıoğlu Umbrella members, we try to be exemplary individuals who are sensitive to ethical principles and rules with all our actions, attitudes and behaviors. We see it as our responsibility to contribute to the compliance of the institutions and organizations we work with with ethical values. In our personal decisions and in all our actions while performing our profession, We act with awareness of our professional responsibility in our activities and exhibit exemplary behavior. It supports social development by creating synergy with members of Avcıoğlu Umbrella and other non-governmental organizations. 4. It contributes to the spread of ethical awareness in all social areas. 11 Procedure to be Followed in Case of Violation of Ethical Principles and Rules All Avcıoğlu Umbrella Members are obliged to comply with the Ethical Principles and Rules specified in this document and to report any non-compliance of other members with the said Principles and Rules to the Ethics Committee. It is essential that people who think that a Avcıoğlu Umbrella Member has acted contrary to the Ethical Principles and Rules specified in this document should first seek a compromise and solution by bringing the problem to the attention of the relevant Avcıoğlu Umbrella Member. Any relevant party may request information, opinion or support by contacting Avcıoğlu Umbrella Ethics Committee on this matter. Persons who are not satisfied as a result of the above suggested initiatives can apply in writing to Avcıoğlu Umbrella Ethics Committee. Written complaints regarding violations of Ethical Principles and Rules will be examined and concluded by the Ethics Committee within the framework of Avcıoğlu Umbrella Ethics Committee Regulation. Applications without signature and contact information will not be accepted. The confidentiality of all studies and research related to applications is the responsibility of the Ethics Committee.
